Rotterdam Photo is an international photography festival taking place annually in the public space of Rotterdam. We bring together photographers from around the world through exhibitions, installations, and public programming that transforms the city into a temporary exhibition landscape.
The 2027 edition takes place from 17-21 March during Rotterdam Art Week 2027, and open calls are now open for submissions. We invite photographers worldwide to take part in shaping the upcoming edition.

Theme 2027: VIBRANCE – The Pulse of a Living World
Vibrance explores the energy that moves through people, cities, and systems – the forces that connect, intensify, and transform contemporary life. We focus on presence, movement, and exchange across physical, emotional, and digital spaces.
Rotterdam Photo invites photographers from around the world to respond to this theme and become part of the 2027 edition of the festival.
